In this 8 week course, children will be introduced to various mediums and styles of illustration including printmaking, paper collage, acrylic painting and watercolour painting. Each week we will draw inspiration from a new children’s book and explore a different medium. The children will be provided with a reference illustration for each new project, but will be encouraged to develop their own unique pieces.

This course is suitable for both new and returning students. In the case of returning students, projects will be varied to ensure that the student is not repeating work from pervious sessions.
